Well wasn't that a joke...... it could only happen in America! It was Fathers day here in the US and Margaret was going to let me watch the WHOLE grand Prix in peace..... without Matthew asking me to watch Dora, or Franklin, or Little Bear every 3 mins. I had it TIVO'd so I could skip the ads and started watching it about an hour after it had started. I lasted about 10 mins before I couldn't stand listening to them talking about the 'situation' any more and went live for the last 12 laps.
So I figure Margaret owes me a GP as that one didn't count.
B.T.W I don't think I told you this Dora story..... Matthew still enjoys watching Dora the Explorer. It's kind of cool because he can now count to 10 in spanish and knows several other spanish words. One day he wanted something and 'told' Margaret what he wanted. Margaret said.... "What's the magic word Matthew?". To which Matthew replied "abrir". There's an episode of Dora where they have to save a prince and they have to use a magic word to open things all through the episode..... and abrir is spanish for open..... he got what he wanted and we had a laugh.
