Adam rolled for the first time this Monday ( March 28th 2005 ). There was much grunting, wailing and gnashing of teeth while this was performed. Since then it has taken him just a few days to perfect the maneuver and requires little effort to do it now. Getting back is another story.... once he is on his tummy he is pretty much stuck..... he doesn't like that.

Matthew has PEE'D IN THE POTTY!!!!!!!!!! A monumental occasion. He first did it on Tuesday evening and yesterday did it 4 TIMES. The last time he did it he even initiated it himself. He was jumping on our bed with no clothes on before bedtime, stopped bouncing, declared he needed to "go pee on potty" and went and did it. Cool!!! We have not pushed him on this in any way shape or form. We have a potty and we have asked him for a while now if he wants to sit on it while we sit on the 'big toilet' to pee. Sometimes he did and other times he didn't. But he is obviously getting it.

Spring has sprung, the grass has grun. The oaks are pushing their leaves out and the birds are starting to nest. I love springtime. The evening are staying light longer now. I am able to get home and go play outside with Matthew for a while before dinner. Won't be long before we will be able to go out after dinner as well.
